At Petlibro, we want you and your pet to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed pet apparel. If the fit isn't perfect, we are happy to assist with a quick exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain hair-free and in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
